Delicious Date Nut Bread

This delicious Date Nut Bread is made gluten-free and dairy-free. It’s a healthy version of your favorite dessert bread.

– gluten-free       baking flour – baking powder – ground cinnamon – dates  – walnuts or       sunflower seeds – eggs – coconut oil – vanilla extract – unsweetened        applesauce – almond milk – coconut oil

INGREDIENTS:

STEP 1

Combine the dry ingredients, then add chopped dates & walnuts. Stir with a spatula and set aside.

STEP 2

In a small bowl, combine the wet ingredients and whisk until smooth.

STEP 3

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients. Add melted coconut oil & stir until a batter forms.

STEP 4

Bake until the bread turns golden brown. Remove the bread & place on a cooling rack.
