Rice Flour Pancakes

These 3-Ingredient Vegan Rice Flour Pancakes are great for my friends with food allergies or sensitive tummies. These are also great for toddlers!


 – white rice flour  – unsweetened          plant-based milk  – ripe bananas,          skin removed

Step 1

Combine the rice flour, plant-based milk, and ripe banana in a high-speed blender.  Blend for 20-30 seconds.

Step 2

Preheat your griddle to medium heat.  Pour the batter onto the hot surface to form pancake shapes.

Step 3

Cook the rice flour pancakes until bubbles form on the surface and bottom is golden brown. Flip and cook for an additional 3 minutes. Repeat until all batter is used.

Step 4

Serve the pancakes with maple syrup, fresh berries, or your favorite toppings.
