Vegan Chocolate Cherry Smoothie

Chocolate Cherry Smoothie is a delicious way to start the day. This breakfast smoothie even has veggies hidden inside.

INGREDIENTS:

– frozen sweet cherries – coconut beverage (the kind found in a box) – maple syrup (or two pitted dates) – cocoa powder or 2 teaspoons cacao powder – vanilla extract – cauliflower (optional)

Place your frozen cherries, milk, maple syrup, cocoa powder, and vanilla in the pitcher of a high speed blender. Add the protein powder and frozen cauliflower, if you are using.

Blend your ingredients on high for about 30 seconds, or until the smoothie is completely blended and creamy.
