Strawberry Peach Smoothie
This refreshing Strawberry Peach Smoothie is full of summer flavors. You can use fresh or frozen strawberries and peaches in this creamy beverage that is perfect for a quick snack or breakfast. This yummy recipe can be made vegan and dairy-free if you use non-dairy yogurt.
Peaches and strawberries are a marvelous match. Their flavor combination just screams summertime. This recipe pairs the two with creamy yogurt for a truly scrumptious smoothie.
Homemade smoothies are one of my favorite ways to start the day. They’re quick, easy to make, and customizable. If you don’t have a huge appetite in the morning, a fruit smoothie is a great way to at least get some nutrition.
If you don’t have frozen strawberries, you can even substitute frozen mango. All you need for a delicious smoothie is frozen fruit to thicken it up and something creamy to make it smooth.
Why You Need This Recipe
- Smoothies are the perfect way to make a quick and healthy breakfast. You just throw everything into the blender and blend for 30 seconds and breakfast is done.
- This recipe is vegetarian and can easily be made vegan and dairy-free using coconut yogurt instead of dairy yogurt.
- You can pack in nutrients and protein in smoothies to help kickstart your day with a boost of good energy. See my list of the best clean protein powders.
Key Ingredients
Unsweetened almond milk has a mild flavor and creamy consistency which makes it the perfect liquid base. If you’re not dairy-free, you can feel free to use dairy milk or your milk of choice. Or, make this smoothie extra rich by using coconut milk.
Unsweetened Greek yogurt makes the smoothie creamy without adding refined sugar or artificial flavoring. Vegans can use coconut yogurt or any other plant-based yogurt.
Fresh strawberries add that sweet strawberry flavor! And strawberries plus peaches is one of the very best flavor combinations out there.
Frozen peaches thicken up the smoothie and add peach flavor to give it that delicious strawberry peach combo. You can also use fresh peaches if you have them on hand. Don’t miss my recipe for Vegan Peach Ice Cream.
Vanilla for just a little something extra!
Honey for the perfect amount of natural sweetness (leave it out for a no added sugar option). Vegans can use a touch of maple syrup instead.

Recipe Tips & Substitutions
- If you prefer to use fresh peaches, then use frozen strawberries instead of fresh strawberries (to ensure that the smoothie is cold).
- If you want to make this smoothie into a meal replacement, feel free to add 1-2 scoops of your favorite protein powder.
- Store any leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
- To make this into a smoothie bowl instead of a smoothie, reduce the almond milk to just 1/4 of a cup. Add more if necessary to reach your desired consistency.
Recipe FAQs
Yes, gradually add more milk if the smoothie is too thick until you get the consistency you want.
Yes, but the frozen fruit is what thickens up the smoothie and makes it thick and cold. Ideally, at least one or both of the fruits should be frozen.
If you only have fresh you can easily freeze the fruit on a sheet pan first before making this smoothie.
If you only have fresh fruit and don’t have time to freeze it, then add some ice cubes to make the smoothie cold.
