Swiss Chard Smoothie

Want to try a green smoothie using Swiss chard? This one also has frozen fruit to sweeten it up. This is a yummy and healthy breakfast!

INGREDIENTS:

– filtered water – hemp seeds – frozen banana – frozen strawberries – peanut butter – pitted dates – Swiss chard leaves – protein powder

Combine the ingredients in a high-speed blender.
