The Clean Eating Quickstart Challenge starts with a 20 minute pre-recorded video that gives you an overview and what to expect.

Then, you’ll receive 7 days of informative emails to guide you through the Challenge. There is also a private Facebook group where we support each other and share resources.

The Challenge is perfect for people who are new to eating healthy OR for people who just want to re-commit to eating whole, real, and unprocessed foods without an overly-restrictive mindset.

Who Am I?

My name is Carrie Forrest and I’m a certified holistic nutritionist with a master’s degree in public health. I am the creator of the Clean Eating Kitchen website and I have been eating a real food diet since around 2009.

I use a clean eating approach to manage my own symptoms related to PCOS, autoimmune disease, and chronic fatigue. Learn more about me.
