Clean Eating for Women is a 21-day program designed to help you balance your weight and hormones, increase energy, beat cravings, and feel your best.
Overview of the Course
Clean Eating for Women is an online course delivered through three live sessions with time for Q&A. Carrie hosts each session and provides worksheets before and after each call. There is also a private Facebook group where we support each other and share resources.
The course is perfect for women who are new to eating healthy OR for women who just want to re-commit to eating whole, real, and unprocessed foods without an overly-restrictive mindset.
I’ll share everything from how to go grocery shopping, how to plan your meals, how to fill your plate, and so much more.
Best of all, the course has a non-restrictive approach to food so that you never feel deprived or hungry. I’ve developed a 3-part framework to help plan your meals without having to overthink it.
What You Get
Included in the Clean Eating for Women course is:
- Three live nutrition training sessions led by Carrie (sessions are recorded for those who cannot attend live),
- Access to a private Facebook group with only paid members of the course,
- Email access to Carrie for questions (I generally respond within 24 hours),

What Happens When You Eat Clean?
The results can be incredible! People who have done my similar course have lost weight, reduced medications, eliminated migraines, and have had other health successes.
Women also report having better control over their cravings once they have stopped eating processed foods. While it can be challenging for the first few days and even weeks, the benefits of eating clean usually outweigh the challenges.
Who Should Join?
Everyone is welcome to join the Clean Eating Jumpstart course. But, it is specifically designed for:
- Women who are brand-new to eating a real food diet or who want to re-commit to eating clean,
- Women who are going through hormonal changes including PCOS, estrogen dominance, perimenopause, or menopause and are struggling with weight gain, fatigue, and brain fog,
- And those women who need to eat healthy to manage autoimmune disease, joint pain, sugar cravings, and other lifestyle-related symptoms.
Who Should Not Join?
This course is not designed for pregnant people or for women who are currently being treated for eating disorders, diabetes or cancer. While clean eating is likely appropriate for these conditions, it’s best to work one on one with your healthcare provider during these times to ensure you get the individual attention you need.
Who Am I?
My name is Carrie Forrest and I have a master’s degree in public health with a specialty in nutrition. I am the creator of the Clean Eating Kitchen website and I have been eating a real food diet since around 2009.
I use a clean eating approach to manage my own symptoms related to PCOS, perimenopausal hormone changes, autoimmune disease, and chronic fatigue.
Before I started eating clean, I was always hungry, even after meals! Now that I know how to balance my meals, I am satisfied when I finish. It’s such great feeling to not always be thinking about food.
Purpose of the Course
This is a “back to basics” program that will cover all aspects of a clean eating approach, including:
- Understanding what exactly clean eating is,
- Reading packaged food labels to see they’re healthy or not,
- Setting a health goal to address your most annoying health symptom,
- Understanding how certain foods affect hormones,
- Eating healthy when you’re busy or traveling,
- Avoiding diet sabotage from yourself, your partner, or your kids,
- Beating sugar cravings and feeling satisfied with your meals.

What makes this course different from others?
First of all, the Clean Eating Jumpstart course is not necessarily a diet. While it can be used to help lose weight, it is mostly designed to help women feel more energetic, beat cravings, and feel their best.
The emphasis on balancing women’s hormones and fueling your body without over-restriction is a big difference between this program and others. While you are welcome to count calories or track your meals, that is not an important part of Clean Eating for Women. My 3-part framework is focused on finding foods that are nourishing, supportive, and enjoyable.
The course is designed as a 21-day program. At the beginning of the course, I’ll help you set a goal to achieve during the 3 weeks. This can be anything from weight loss to clearer skin to less joint pain. Everyone will likely have a different goal.
The emphasis of the lessons is about how to stock your kitchen, how to plan meals, how to manage cravings for sugar and junk food, how to feed picky eaters, how to eat healthy on a budget, etc.
The course includes helpful handouts that will be e-mailed to you. They coincide with the three modules that will be delivered live in Zoom sessions. Throughout the entirety of the program, you have email and online access to Carrie for support and questions that come up.
How can I lose weight without restriction?
It’s a myth that you have to be hungry or cut out all tasty foods to lose weight. Our bodies gives us cues when we have eaten enough. Sugar and processed foods can hijack those signals and make us eat more when we aren’t even hungry. Clean Eating for Women teaches you how to build nourishing and delicious meals that are satisfying.
When you learn to use my 3-part framework taught in Clean Eating for Women, you’ll start to feel satisfied after eating with reduced cravings for unhealthy foods. Over time, your body will trend towards its ideal weight.

Clean Eating for Women includes three weekly live Zoom sessions (sessions will be recorded for those who cannot attend live) with lessons, recipes, optional meal plan, handouts, and the chance to ask questions.
Anyone who joins will also receive a downloadable and printable copy of the Clean Eating Grocery List & Pantry Guide with their welcome email sent within 24 hours after you join.
