  2. In the bowl of a food processor, combine the almond, cherries, and salt. Process or pulse on high for 30-45 seconds.
  3. Add the water and pulse again until the ingredients are well combined with no large pieces.
  4. Use a rubber spatula to transfer the mixture to the baking dish, using the spatula to smooth the top.
