Oh my goodness, yum! I make something similar and roll the dough into cookie dough ball, but I love the idea of eating this by the spoonful. Wishing I had a bowlful right now!

Thanks, Julia!!!
Not good. Needs more oil. Or more butter. Almond flour too crumbly. 👎 NOT what you show on your video.

I’m sorry this didn’t work out for you, Cathy! I will re-make it and check the recipe to make sure it’s accurate.
Hi Carrie! I tried this last week and the recipe works out perfect! So delicious! Do you know if it will work if I subtitute almond flour for oat flour?
Thanks 🙂

Hi Emma, I’m so glad you liked this recipe! You can use whatever flour you like, but the problem is that some flours aren’t meant to be eaten raw (like wheat flour). But, I suppose if you make the oat flour yourself in a blender or food processor, then it will be okay. I would just be careful and maybe do some research on the risks of eating raw flour. Here’s an article I found: https://www.fda.gov/food/buy-store-serve-safe-food/handling-flour-safely-what-you-need-know
