Why You Need This Recipe

  • Potatoes are the perfect way to bulk up a meal. You can eat them alone for breakfast or serve them alongside eggs, burgers, or chicken tenders for a quick weeknight meal.
  • White potatoes sometimes get a bad rap. But, they can be part of a healthy diet as they are rich in potassium, vitamin C, and are budget-friendly. Look for a frozen bag at the grocery store in the frozen foods section.
  • Air fryer frozen hash browns are a cinch to make. The hardest part is waiting out the cooking time! You get the perfect combination of crispy edges and tender potatoes. The air fryer does an excellent job crisping up the potatoes without a lot of oil.
