Recipe Steps

As you can imagine, it’s really easy to make your own spa water at home using fresh fruit. It’s a simple drink that can help increase your water intake.

Step One

In a pitcher or water bottle, combine the cucumber slices, lemon slices, and mint leaves. You can just pop them into the pitcher or use a long spoon to muddle the ingredients with the water.

Step Two

Maybe. There is research showing that drinking water helps with weight loss for a variety of reasons. If you replace sugar-sweetened beverages with water, you will likely lose weight.

How many glasses of water will this recipe make?

The recipe calls for 16 ounces of water which is two large glasses. You can refill the pitcher at least 1-2 more times before discarding the fruits and starting over.

How much Lemon Cucumber Mint Water can I drink a day?

You can replace this water with the same amount of water you would regularly drink in a day. The amount of water you need in a day will vary depending on your activity level and your personal needs.
