Why You Need This Recipe

  • It’s done in less than 30 minutes. Quick and easy recipes are the best kind of recipes!
  • Perfect for game day or entertaining, even meat-lovers can’t deny a vegetable dish this delicious.
  • It’s low carb and keto-friendly! Air fryer cauliflower wings are also much healthier with less fat and calories than actual chicken wings.

Key Ingredients

Almond flour – Flour is essential to make the thin batter that coats the florets and mimics a “wing”. I used almond flour to make these cauliflower wings low-carb and keto-friendly, but you can use regular flour if you prefer.

Spices – Sweet paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper are the only seasonings necessary to make a batter packed with flavor.

Buffalo hot sauce – It adds a punch of flavor when you put some in the batter as well as the sauce! Use your favorite brand for this recipe.

Cauliflower – You will need about 5 cups of florets. I broke apart a head of cauliflower, but you can buy precut florets if you prefer less prep work.

Butter – Hot sauce and butter together make a rich and delicious buffalo sauce! You could also use ghee or vegan butter for a dairy-free or vegan diet.

FAQs

Can I stack the cauliflower florets?

No, try to lay them out evenly or the hot air won’t circulate around the florets which is what makes them nice and crispy.

What should I serve with buffalo cauliflower wings?

Just like regular buffalo chicken wings, this recipe tastes delicious served alongside a creamy dip such as ranch dressings, blue cheese dressing, French onion dip, or an aioli. Look for dairy-free brands if you need to avoid dairy.
