Why You Need This Recipe

- No special equipment necessary! A wooden spoon and jar will mix this up just fine.
- Fresh mint is easy to grow in a container so you’ll always have it on hand.
- This recipe uses maple syrup to sweeten instead of simple syrup.
Key Ingredients
Maple sugar adds a touch of natural sweetness and is easy to mix in. Make this recipe keto or sugar-free using a sugar-free liquid sweetener (see my list of the best natural sweeteners).
Strawberries bring a taste of summer to a glass.
Fresh mint leaves have a very strong flavor when muddled and nothing compares to this!
A hint of lime pairs nicely with strawberry.
Sparkling water adds a fun touch without any extra calories. You can also use club soda or soda water.
Recipe Steps
Step One
Add sliced strawberries to a jar. Using a tall jar helps contain the ingredients while mixing.
Please see the recipe card at the end of this post for the exact ingredients and measurements.
Step Two
Add mint, lime, and maple syrup to the jar.
Step Three
Muddle the ingredients together. If you aren’t familiar with this process, you are simply crushing the ingredients to bring out the flavor. You don’t have to blend until smooth!
Step Four
Divide among glasses and top with sparkling water.
