- Lamb loin chops are different than just lamb chops, so read your labels carefully. These are a very smooth and tender cut of meat and will be a pleasure to cook and eat. They also tend to be thinner than regular lamb chops.

Step One
Combine the oil and seasoning in a large bowl.

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper
- 4 lamb chops, at room temperature
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and pepper. Stir to combine.
- Place the lamb chops in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over the chops. Use your hands to make sure they are coated on both sides. You can also put the lamb chops in a large ziptop bag and marinate them in the bag.
- Place the lamb chops in the air fryer basket. Set the temperature to 390°F for 6 minutes.
- Use tongs to turn the lamb chops over to cook for an additional 6-8 minutes. If your lamb chops are thicken than 1 inch, they may require additional cooking time.
- Use a meat thermometer inserted into the center of one of the lamb chops to ensure that it reaches a minimum of 145°F.
- Let the lamb chops rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
