You’ve probably heard a million times that it’s important to stay hydrated. The Mayo Clinic has a great article about why drinking water is important, and notes that two good indicators that you are not hydrated enough are if you often feel thirsty and if your urine is a dark amber color (although some supplements can artificially change the color of urine).

Recipe Steps
This super simple Cucumber Water Recipe is an infused water that tastes like you’re at the spa! It’s such an easy recipe that you can make at home in just minutes.
Step One
To start, you just need to slice about 1/2 of an English cucumber and 1/2 of a lemon. I like to make the slices fairly thin, to expose as much of the surface of the fruits to the water.
Step Two
Next, place the sliced cucumber and lemon in a jar or pitcher. Cover with water.
Step Three
Cover the jar or pitcher with a lid and refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. Serve your infused water chilled.

You can refill the jar one time if you want to, but the water won’t be as strongly flavored as the first time.
You can get really creative. Cucumber goes well with almost any other fruit, especially berries. You can also use fresh herbs like mint.
