Air Fryer Chopped Roasted Cabbage Recipe (Crispy)
When you need a quick and easy side dish, try this recipe for Air Fryer Chopped Cabbage! It is tender and tasty and goes with almost any main dish.
Cooked cabbage is one of my favorite easy side dishes. Rather than spend time sautéing it or baking it, try it cooked right in the air fryer. It’s a no-brainer vegetable dish that is tasty and goes with almost any main dish recipe.
The cabbage, since it’s cut in large pieces, retains some fresh, semi-raw crunch in the center, but the edges get nice and crispy like when you roast Brussels sprouts. Those crispy edges are the tastiest part of this Air Fryer Cabbage recipe.
Many people like making air fryer cabbage steaks, but it’s easier and faster to make this recipe using chopped cabbage. Plus, you don’t have to worry about undercooking the cabbage wedges.
This cabbage dish comes out with tender perfection and is a great way to serve it.

Toss the cabbage with the oil, salt, and pepper to make sure it is evenly coated. You can use your favorite seasoning.
