My Cooking Confession

Getting a healthy dinner on the table at the end of a long day isn’t much fun. In fact, my confession is that I dread cooking night after night!

But, cooking at home has been shown to be healthy, budget-friendly, and an important part of a balanced life. Dinnertime is when we slow down, think about the events from the day, and re-connect with ourselves and our families or friends. The fact remains that not many of us are interested in spending an hour in the kitchen every evening.

The kitchen tool that allows me to get a healthy dinner on the table in 30 minutes or less is my trusty Instant Pot Pressure Cooker!

The Instant Pot is not your grandmother’s pressure cooker that had the risk of exploding. Once you get the hang of using the Instant Pot, you’ll thank me a million times over. It’s amazing!
